If the Link doesn't fully power on and only shows a Power and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi LED, ensure that:
- the Link is being provided with sufficient power in the 12 to 24 Volt range: https://support.teradek.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000759394-How-to-power-the-Teradek-Link
- The Link's power source has sufficient Amps available to provide the necessary 19 to 24 Watts: https://support.teradek.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001449754-What-are-the-power-draw-requirements-for-Link-
If the Link is given insufficient power input (e.g. using a 9 Volt source) it won't be able to fully power on and won't generate Wi-Fi networks and will not be accessible on the web user interface.
If power input sources are confirmed as in the proper range and are operating normally and the Link will still not power on, contact Support for additional assistance.
