Core Live Stream Preview Jitter

PROBLEM

A customer in Australia experienced a problem where his live stream preview was jittery, even after enabling the live toggle switch from his Core dashboard.  His encoder was connected to a dedicated cloud-hosted Sputnik engine running outdated Sputnik engine and Core client software versions.

SOLUTION

Since upgrading to the latest Sputnik engine + Core client software versions and restarting the Sputnik did not solve the problem, I redeployed the engine, which launched a new instance running the latest software versions.  I verified functionality by conducting a test and concluded that the problem was indeed solved.
