Core – Teradek – Technical – Initial Cloud-Connection Issue
PROBLEM
A customer described how his Serv Pro occasionally failed to connect to his Core account, which was not acceptable for him because of his hectic schedule.
SOLUTION
Since switching to a different On-Demand region temporarily as a workaround to allow the device to disconnect from a resource that is exhibiting instability issues before reconnecting to a new resource that is closest to his geographical location does not meet our customer's needs, he agreed to use a dedicated Sputnik engine, which solved the problem.
