What happens to the billing cycle when the invoice is unpaid?
If I miss a payment or my credit card fails for my monthly payment, what happens to my account?
The billing cycle will remain the same if the customer won’t cancel the subscription before the end of the current unpaid invoice.
However, if your payment does not go though it will lock your account and limit your ability to stream. If this happens, you will need to contact support at teradek.com/contact to have an agent help process the payment and unlock the account.
- if the customer is not planning on using the system or know he/she would have difficulties in payments, he/she can always click cancel the subscription before the billing cycle would end so it won't charge you him/her the next month until the customer will pay the last bill and pick up the new plan to start customer’s billing cycle from the day he/she would like to.
