Adding a Source
Connect your Teradek encoder to a network with internet access and navigate to its web interface by typing in its unique IP address. To find your device's IP using the OLED screen, press the black joystick downward one time. Alternatively, you can find the IP Address under the Network Setup menu.
On your device's web interface, select the Cloud Services menu on the left and login to your Core account.
After you've logged in, you will be presented with several configuration options for your encoder. You can choose to configure your settings here or from the Core interface. Hit apply.
Next, navigate to the Core platform. You may click on the hyperlink on your device's web UI or simply open up a new tab and go to http://corecloud.tv.
You can configure your source from the Dashboard or the Sources menu. To add additional encoders to your Core account, simply follow the same steps outlined above.
How to create a workspace
After logging in to your account, the Dashboard with a default workspace shows all your devices. To create a new workspace for sharing with viewers, click “+” to the right of Default to “create workspace”.
A box will pop up to name the workspace. Choose a name that is specific for both you and the viewers, like the name of the project or the date.
Clicking “Hide Overlays” will hide the buttons at the top and bottom of previews until a cursor hovers over the image.
Once you have typed in the name, click “Save”. This will automatically open the dashboard page for this workspace, which is currently empty.
Now it is time to add your source. Click “Add a source”.
On the right hand side of the page, a window will appear. Click “Add Source” again.
After clicking, you will see a list of all your available encoders and decoders to choose from. Click to select as many as needed for the workspace. To deselect, simply click on the device again. Once you have made your selection, click “Select” at the bottom.
You will then see a list of devices in your workspace with the option to add more sources at the bottom should you need to add more later. Click outside the box to close this window and view your dashboard again.
How to share your workspace

After logging in, select the workspace you wish to share. When viewing the workspace dashboard, click the three dots to the right of the name of your workspace and select “Share” from the menu.
Enter the email address to which you would like to share viewing access and click “Share”. This will send an email to your viewer with an access code to view. This window is also how you can remove users from your workspace.
Once they are listed as a User who has access, you can click the “X” next to their name to remove access.
