Adding a new YouTube channel
First, go to the Core platform: you can click on the hyperlink on your device's web UI or simply open up a new tab and go to http://corecloud.tv. Once you open Core, navigate to Sources or Dashboard, then click on your encoder. On the device details page you will see Channels tab on the right side of your screen.
Click the Add button to be able to open a sidebar. After that, click on create channel link.
Here you’ll see the list of streaming platforms and protocols - select YouTube.
Linking YouTube to your Core account
To create a new channel, first Link your Account.
Go through sign in process and click Allow - this will allow Core to use channels in your YouTube Live account.
Enabling live streaming on YouTube
Your next step will be enabling lifesteaming on YouTube. For this, go to YouTube studio (BETA) https://studio.youtube.com/ and click Got it
Find the video camera icon in the upper-right corner of your page navigate on it and select Go live.
Verify your using 2 steps process on YouTube.
After you completed this, click Submit.
If the verification code is correct, you will see that your account is verified, click Continue
You may receive the message which says 24 hours is needed to activate your account, so please resume this process after approximately 24 hours.
Adding a new live event
For adding a new live event, go to YouTube studio (BETA) https://studio.youtube.com/ and click the video camera icon and select Go Live.
Then, navigate on the upper side of your screen and click on STREAM BETA, fill up the fields and click Create Stream and Next.
After that, the ‘Stream preview’ will appear.
Adding a new channel
Now go back to the Core tab and finish adding the channel, then click Save.
Your channel will appear on the right sidebar where you can select it and click the Add button.
This channel will appear in ‘Channels’ on the right side of the screen right next to the video preview.
Starting a broadcast
Click Go Live and wait until your broadcast to YouTube is live.
Return to the YouTube tab where the video from your encoder can be previewed.
Click Go Live and wait until it will get connected.
Ending the live stream
To end the live stream, click End Stream in the right upper corner and then End.
Go to Core and click Stop to complete ending the stream.
