The COLR reboots itself or displays "Oops... Something went wrong!"

If the COLR unit repeatedly resets itself, or the built-in OLED display shows a message that reads "Oops... Something went wrong!", there may be a hardware issue with the COLR.

1. try re-flashing the COLR firmware with the current version

2. if re-flashing the firmware doesn't resolve the issue, please contact Support with the serial number of your COLR and reference this article to start the RMA process.
