When running a iPad on a cellular network and a local router with multiple Live:Air encoders, Apple's iPad favors Wifi over cellular internet which stops the iPad from accessing the internet. In order to remedy this, you must create a static IP address for the Wifi Connection.
- Go to Settings: Wi-Fi and click "I" button next to the Wireless Access Point you are connected to.
- Write down the IP address and Subnet mask of your connection.
- Press the Static button.
- Enter in the IP address and Subnet mask that you wrote down or for advanced users, specify the address you would like. LEAVE THE ROUTER BLANK
- Press the "Back" button
Open a web browser to confirm you have access to the internet.
