Sharelink billing and subscription information can be changed through the Sharelink website at https://sharelink.tv, including but not limited to the following:
- Update credit card billing information
- Change the Sharelink subscription level between On Demand, Basic or Ultimate
- Cancel a Sharelink subscription
- Reactivate a Sharelink subscription
Getting Started
1. Log in to the Sharelink website at https://sharelink.tv with your email address and password.
2. Click your name at top right and select Account Info.
3. Refer to the below instructions.
Update Credit Card Information
1. To change the credit card used for your Sharelink subscription, select Billing, then Update Card. Once the new credit card details are entered, select Update card.
2. To delete a credit card from the Sharelink account, select Billing then Update Card, and select Delete card.
WARNING: deleting a credit card from your account does not cancel your Sharelink subscription! You must cancel the Sharelink subscription in order to prevent future subscription billing cycles. If a subscription is left active and the credit card is removed, this will place your Sharelink account in a suspended state with unpaid invoice items and it must be manually cleared and reactivated by Teradek prior to being able to use the service in the future. Any unpaid, outstanding items would be billed at that time, and an additional account service fee may be assessed for reactivating from a suspended state.
NOTE: if you are requesting any type of refund on your Sharelink service, a credit card must be present on the account. It is not possible for Teradek to issue refunds without a valid card in place. Do not remove a credit card until any pending refunds have been issued. Refer to the Sharelink refund policy in this article.
Change the Sharelink subscription level
1. Select My Subscription; the current Sharelink plan is highlighted.
2. Select the new Sharelink subscription level (On Demand, Basic or Ultimate) then select Save changes.
3. A notice will appear regarding the subscription change asking for confirmation:
- The change to the new subscription will take place after the billing cycle for the current subscription period has ended.
- You can switch back to your original / current subscription level before the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancel a Sharelink subscription
1. Select My Subscription; the current Sharelink plan is highlighted.
2. Select Cancel subscription.
3. A notice will appear regarding the subscription change asking for confirmation:
- The cancellation will take place after the billing cycle for the current subscription period has ended.
- You can re-activate the subscription before the end of the current billing cycle by selecting revert to old plan.
View Invoices
1. Select Billing, then View Invoices.
2. A new browser will open on the Teradek Cloud Services page with a list of previous invoices.
3. Select the view option to the right of a billing period to see full details on the invoice.
