Removing a device from the Core inventory list

You can remove an encoder, decoder or mobile app shown in the inventory list of your Core account as long as the device shows as Offline and isn't turned on / visible in your Core account.

If it shows as Online, you will not be able to remove the device from your account.

Once the device shows as Offline, go to Inventory, select the Encoders or Decoders tab, then click Details on the device you wish to remove.

Click Actions, then Remove device from Core.
