Live:Air - Connected but not streaming

Every once in a while, devices will read as connected but not be streaming on initial startup. Here are a few things that you could do.


  • Make sure you have an appropriate video source applied and that it matches correct video specifications
  • Once connected to the device, change the video type from Live:Air to RTSP or TDS (Teradek Streaming) and then back.
  • Restart the stream under Input>{Teradek Device that you want}> Device Settings> Settings> Restart Stream
  • Save and the stream should come back up
