iOS - HDMI output compatibility with encoders

Some users might want to run the output of Live:air series into an encoder device.  There are few items to be aware of.

• The Apple HDMI Adapter only supports 720p59.94 and 1080p59.94 output resolutions.
• The Vidiu series only supports ingest of 1080p30 so the iPhone will always use the Smaller Resolution of 720p59.94
• If you need 1080p video, you must use a Cube 600 series or higher that can ingest 1080p59.94
