Change or reset the password for a Core account

Reset your Password

If you have forgotten the password used for your Core account or are having trouble logging in, the password can be reset using a web browser.

1. Go to the Teradek Cloud Services website at

2. Click the Forgot password? link as shown below.

3. Enter the email address used for your Core account, then click the Send reset email button.

4. An email with instructions will be sent to the address provided; continue with the steps in the email to change your password. If you don't receive the email, check your Spam or Bulk Mail folder in your account.



Change your password

1. Go to the Teradek Cloud Services website at

2. Log in with your email address and password.

3. Click the drop down arrow at top right, then select User settings.


4. Click the Change password link.

5. Enter your existing password and the new password in the appropriate fields, then click the CHANGE PASSWORD button.
